CHRIS Brown’s father says the R&B star is remorseful following his arrest on suspicion of attacking a woman widely believed to be pop star Rihanna.

Clinton Brown, who lives in Toppahannock, Virginia, told an American magazine his son is "home" but would not give a location.

He added: "He's reflecting on this situation."

Chris, 19, was released on bail in Los Angeles and withdrew from Sunday's Grammy Awards - as did girlfriend Rihanna.

According to police, the singer got into an argument with an unidentified woman in the Hancock Park area of LA.

His father also said he hoped his son's fans would not turn against him.

Rap mogul SEAN 'DIDDY' COMBS is facing legal action from an artist who accuses him of copying the design of a sculpture for his fragrance bottle.

Tom Patti filed a lawsuit last week (beg26Jan09) in federal court, alleging that Combs' Unforgivable scent's packaging is a rip-off of two copyrighted tabletop glass sculptures he designed in the 1980s.

Combs' grey glass bottle comes with ribbing and a glass cradle - which Patti argues is similar in style to his conceptions Modulated Solar Airframe and Compacted Gray With Clear And Ribs.

Patti is claiming unspecified damages from the star.

Combs' representatives had declined to comment over the allegations as WENN went to press.

Loana

BRAD & ANGELINA ON BEING WORLD TRAVELLERS

"OUR KIDS ARE ALWAYS PACKING," THE MOTHER OF SIX REVEALS.

Here's a tip for Hollywood studios wishing to save some money on international shipments — just hand them off to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

From L.A. to Berlin to NYC to Tokyo, there's a good chance they'll be heading there soon.

In fact, the pair — and their six children — are jetting off to Japan Monday morning, only hours after Brad and Angie put in appearances at the Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday night.

"Our kids are always packing," Angelina told Entertainment Tonight about globetrotting with six young children. "They like to pack; it's a game in our house."

However, all that back and forth across time zones can wreak havoc with a family's daily routine. "It can get very hard trying to find 20 minutes to close your eyes if you've been up since four in the morning," revealed Angie.

But rather than trying to use sleep to make up for all the time differences they experience, she says, "We travel so much, we never have to adjust. We change school time to four in the afternoon in we have to!"

Meanwhile, both Brad and Angelina, who were still attempting in vain to hide her pregnancy this time last year, agree that it's been a wonderful time for them since.

"We have two healthy little babies," says Angelina. "That's made this the best year."

Jokes Brad: "At some point, we'll sit down and take inventory!"
